Digital Delivery Policy

This Digital Delivery Policy explains how Dots Automations digital products and related services are delivered after a successful purchase.

Our core products are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical products unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

Digital products

Digital products may include:

  • Workflow or import files and the automation logic they contain.
  • Setup documentation and implementation instructions.
  • Prompts and field mappings where applicable.
  • Testing guides, checklists, and other setup resources.
  • Other digital files specifically listed on the product page.

The exact materials included with a purchase are described on the relevant product page.

How delivery works

Online purchasing and automated product delivery are not currently active. After online purchasing is enabled and payment has been successfully confirmed, digital products will be made available electronically using the delivery method shown during checkout or in the order confirmation.

Depending on the delivery system introduced, possible delivery methods may include:

  • A secure download link.
  • A future customer account or portal.
  • An order-confirmation page.
  • Another secure electronic delivery method identified before purchase.

These are possible future delivery methods, not a statement that every method is currently available. The method that applies to a purchase should be identified before the order is completed.

Delivery timing

The expected delivery timeframe will be shown at or before purchase once checkout is enabled. We do not currently promise instant delivery.

Automated digital products may normally be delivered shortly after payment confirmation, while products or services requiring manual preparation, setup, or customization may take longer. Any product-specific delivery estimate shown at the time of purchase takes priority over this general wording.

Payment confirmation

Digital delivery may begin only after the payment provider confirms that the transaction has been successfully completed. Payment confirmation or delivery may be delayed by a payment review, a failed or declined transaction, payment-provider processing, or fraud and security checks.

No payment provider is currently presented as active on this website. The checkout and payment-confirmation process will be described when online purchasing is introduced.

What the customer must provide

Where relevant to the product or service, the customer is responsible for:

  • Providing valid email or contact information when required during purchase.
  • Maintaining access to the email address or account used for the order.
  • Supplying the project and configuration details needed for setup or custom work.
  • Ensuring the required third-party accounts, subscriptions, permissions, and API access are available.

Customers should not send passwords, private API keys, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary contact forms.

Delivery problems

Please use our Contact page if files are missing, download access does not work, the wrong product is delivered, a paid order is not delivered, or a delivered archive or file appears to be corrupted.

Where available, include the order or reference ID, product name, and a clear description of the problem. Screenshots or non-sensitive error details may help us investigate, but do not provide passwords, private API keys, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery

If the wrong product is supplied or files described as part of the product are missing, we will normally first attempt to provide the correct or complete delivery.

If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, refund eligibility may be assessed under our Refund Policy.

Download and access responsibility

Once delivery is made, customers should securely save the supplied files and retain their own backup where appropriate. Access to future re-downloads should not be assumed unless the product or order system explicitly provides it.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, customers should keep their own copy of downloaded digital materials after delivery.

Product versions and updates

The version delivered is the version associated with the purchase unless the product page states that updates are included. Lifetime updates are not promised unless they are explicitly included in the product description or separate written terms.

Future changes to third-party platforms may require workflow updates or configuration changes that are not automatically included unless stated otherwise.

Third-party platforms

Receiving digital files does not mean that every connected service is automatically configured. Products may require n8n, Zapier, Make, OpenAI, Claude, a CRM, an email system, an e-commerce platform, or another API or software service.

Customers remain responsible for obtaining any required third-party accounts, subscriptions, permissions, or API access unless a setup service explicitly states otherwise.

Done-for-you setup

Done-for-you setup is different from simple digital-file delivery. It may require customer information, integration access, configuration details, testing, and customer review or approval.

The delivery timeline for setup services begins only once the information and access reasonably required to perform the agreed work have been provided.

Any applicable scope and delivery estimate should be agreed before the work begins.

Custom automation work

Custom automation or modification projects may have a separate scope, milestones, delivery dates, testing requirements, and handover process.

Where separate project terms or an agreed scope exist, those project-specific delivery terms take priority over this general policy.

Delays outside our control

Digital delivery, setup, or custom work may sometimes be affected by third-party outages, API downtime, authentication problems, customer delays, payment reviews, unavailable integrations, or platform changes.

Where a delay occurs, the appropriate response will depend on its cause, likely duration, the product or service involved, and whether a reasonable alternative or correction is available.

Refunds relating to delivery

If a paid digital product is not delivered and the delivery issue cannot reasonably be resolved, the purchase may be reviewed under our Refund Policy.

This section does not replace the full Refund Policy or any consumer rights that apply to the purchase.

No physical shipping

Dots Automations currently focuses on digital products and services. No physical shipment is required for the automation products described on this website unless a specific product page explicitly states otherwise.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as our checkout, customer portal, digital-delivery system, products, or services evolve. The Last updated date at the top of this page will change when material revisions are made.
